Rookwood Homes has now formed a joint venture company called Boughtonwood Homes and most of its development work is carried out under the Boughtonwood banner. Boughtonwood is still a privately owned residential development company, specialising in garden plots and small scale sites around Sussex and Surrey, creating homes of exceptional quality and design.
Rookwood Homes was established in 2005 by Andrew White, following a 25 year career in the house-building industry, Andrew is able to offer a consultancy service providing a sound development perspective to any planning application or site optimisation as well as expert guidance to private land owners and builders in the process of identifying and maximising the potential for development on their land.
